Pretty silly, seeing as your custom plates were always available on PS3.

In fact, almost all of my cars have the same custom plate, which I made on day one of GTA online, and this plate cant even be deleted from iFruit. Players can create their own custom License Plates in GTA Online, and doing so requires a few extra steps.
